Today's Hostile PC Work Environment vs. The New KC

Paradigms Lost. The political correctness (PC) pandemic especially afflicting itself on governmental (city, county, state, federal) workplaces and creating a hostile--even paranoid--work environment suggests an urgent need for (my coined term) agora-philosophers (i.e.: workplace environment analysts) to investigate the etiology of the Political Correctness metastasis in America's workplace--including hypotheses regarding corrective intervention strategies.
Orwellian Brainwashing. Stalinesque (Marxist-Leninist-Maoist) seeds of workplace totalitarianism were sown in the Seventies emerging from the Civil Rights Movement under the flag of sexual harassment. Regardless of intent, perception became king. And, increasingly, there developed (from a pejorative socialist standpoint) a despised bourgeoisie group. At the top of this hated list was the Male Gender--and eventually the Caucasian Male--who now has the least 'political power' in the American Workplace. Late-Sixties-early-Seventies Radicalism (which was Marxist-Leninist-Maoist inspired) including the Feminist Movement (which, for example, obliterated any benefits the Black Male received from the Civil Rights Movement because Women were now also a Minority and employers could then hire two Minorities in one--an African-American and a Woman).
Revisonism. Throughout the Seventies, Eighties, and Nineties the propagandizing of Afro-centrism, and increasing hostility toward what was regarded as Western European Culture, exacerbated this societal entropy--and vilification of males--especially the White Male. The White Christian Male was maligned as being unavoidably Racist besides broad-brushed as Misogynist.
The Goal: To Make Whites the Only Un-defended (and to be extinguished) Minority. More and more people groups vied for minority status (with its accompanying Affirmative Action, and Entitlement)--Gays, Handicapped, and even Wiccans. Oppressive representatives of these groups are usually recognizable by their Attitude. Six years ago, I was sitting with a group of Christian pastors at a restaurant table. One of the pastors happened to be of the same ethnic background as the waitress. She approached him first to take our order (which none of the rest of us minded). After she left our table, that pastor boasted, "She came to me first--because I'm the only person of color here..!" (since he was not smiling and seemed to have an attitude, I tried to lighten it up a bit by saying, "Hey, White is a color too..!") He still didn't smile. And our support group acted visibly nervous and uncomfortable for the remaining time of the meeting. Of course, the person who is liberated by the Holy Spirit and in Christ doesn't get an ulcer over reverse discrimination, race-card playing, or race-baiting. But, of course, s/he has the human right to refuse to pay trumped-up Reparation-demands for Slavery--or to be Monolithically lumped into a faux 'the way Whites Are category--just as there is no monolithic Black experience. Monolithism is a contrived myth.
The New PC Mafiosi. As so-called Civil Rights imploded upon itself in the American Workplace, Political (PC) Mafiosi emerged: the Hate Whitey Mafia (e.g.: Farrakhan Syndrome), the Hate Bubba (Men, 'Rednecks', Conservative Christian Men, Male Clergy, Fathers, Husbands) Mafia (Radical Feminist & Lesbian Syndrome), the Hate Straights Mafia (Gay-Les-Trans-Bi Syndrome), the Hate Normals Mafia (i.e.: Handicap Mafia Syndrome), and the Hate Christians Mafia (Anti-Christ-Atheist-Agnostic-Occult Mysticism Syndrome).
The Handicap Mafia (for example). Many businesses, including small 'Mom-n-Pop' places, have been put out of business by the ADA who demand (beyond ubiquitous parking places) such costly restroom and external entrance re-do's and construction (e.g. ramps) the businesses went under. Private Property Rights were increasingly robbed from the citizenry. Private restaurants could not have a separate smoking room--which (even though I do not personally enjoy smelling toxic cigarette smoke) is an intrusive totalitarian bullying of private property owners.
Psychopathy. These all pushed their oppressive Collectivist Agenda--and in truely psychopathic style Pleaded Persecution--while actually being On the Offensive. These masqueraders stage-perform (as all faux liberation movements do) as liberators--while actually being enslavers. (Every so-called Liberation Movement brings a new form of Bondage. When some radical group comes to town wanting to set you free--you can be sure you're in for a new (and worse) kind of control-freaking and loss of your freedom of speech and individual (human rights) freedom.)
Charm. One of the 'talents' a Psychopath (a.k.a. Sociopath) has is the ability to (A) charm you on the one hand, and then turn on you (B) making you feel uncomfortable on the other hand. This switch may occur within a very short period of time. It often happens at mealtimes (why many children develop stomach problems--because one or both of the parents were Sociopaths and inflicted their pathology intentionally at the table.
Sadism. A Sociopath in a public restaurant or coffee shop setting can be a drive-by persecutor. I've seen occasions where a Sociopath will wait until a person at the same table receives his / her food--then describe the person's food in a sickening manner--often in a vulgar or scatological way. The Sociopath, out of his own emotional coldness, anger, and hostility relishes ruining the appetite of his scapegoat / victim--or at least enjoys the discomfort he is causing.
Corrupting Good Manners. Or a Sociopath will perform some lyric, Rap or Hip-Hop Song, or poor excuse for poetry before a group, YouTube, video, or CD--with the goal and purpose of describing filthy, profane, and sickening behaviors (e.g.: gay-les-bi-trans activity) and taking you on a guided tour of the moral sewers of his corrupt mind. The Psychopath (an agent for Satan's Devices) hates Beauty in Art, Music, Marital Harmony, Poetry, or godly Fellowship and good Conversation. The Bible tells us 'Satan comes to kill, to steal, and to destroy.' The Psycho-Sociopath enjoys a rhetorical performance role--sadistically enjoying punishing his victims in front of an audience--cf. the Book, Raven, a biography of the Jonestown Cult leader, Jim Jones.
The New Red Guard. Today, American Society has thousands (perhaps millions) of Millennials (born after 1983) many of whom may perhaps be the New Red Guard--anti-Christ, anti-Christian Children of the Apocalypse. They will be pathologically Narcissistic, Entitlement-Obsessed and Self-Absorbed. (cf. 2 Timothy 3) They will despise Beauty, Conversation, friendly reciprocity in relationships, and be obsessed with Technology. They will often be Postmodern Naturalists, or Pantheists--usually be Misanthropists, and Misogynists--abusive especially to women--but primarily possessed by the Spirit of Anti-Christ. Psycho-socially, they will burn with the fires of Sodom and Hell.
Today's 'Workplace Bourgeoisie'. The bad person (in the pejorative socialist sense) now includes (1) the Uncolored, (2) the Unfemale, (3) the Ungay, the Unhandicapped, the Unpoor, the Unatheistic.
A New Prophet, a New King. Our Lord Jesus, the Christ, fulfilled the three royal, divine, eternal offices of Prophet, Priest, and King. As recorded in the Book of Luke, Jesus read from the Prophet Isaiah in the synagogue the passage from Isaiah 61:1-3 taking it as His manifesto and claiming His embodied fulfillment of that prophecy.
'My Kingdom Is Not of This World'. Christ Jesus, the Liberator, Healer, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, stood against 'Caesar', against Secularism, against the secularization of mindsets (sadly occurring even in the community of the redeemed today), against this present world system (that backslidden Demas loved), against The Flesh (sinful nature), against The Devil (and Occult Mysticism), against Disease, Criminality, Mental Illness, and Psychopathy.
Seated With Christ: Citizens of the Heavenly City. The Christian who clings to Christ Jesus in vital faith rises above the evil gossip of the Politically Correct subculture and is lifted redemptively by the liberating Holy Spirit of God into Kingdom Living--into the polity of the Kingdom of God. The person who is in Christ is a citizen of the heavenly city. His ontological and foundational concerns are to be Spiritually Correct--not only Theologically correct--but obediently practicing in lifestyle that which pleases his Lord, his Savior, his Redeemer, his King.
Kingdom Correctness (KC). The whole person in a broken, sin sick world, is pre-occupied devotionally with pleasing the Lord, with harmony in the Holy Spirit (vs. grieving the Spirit). 'In His presence is fullness of joy..." The Christian believer practices Kingdom Correctness (KC), not Caesar's Political Correctness (PC). This toxic and evil World System despises and rejects God, hates the lordship and kingship of Jesus, the Christ. But the redeemed community has been delivered from the enslavement of Egypt (the sinful and evil World System).
